The SmartPM Academy is a free learning platform available to all SmartPM customers. It houses role-based onboarding courses, the first three courses of the SmartPM Scheduling Mastery Series, and a growing library of on-demand content.

SmartPM Scheduling Mastery Series

Most training programs stop at product walkthroughs. The SmartPM Scheduling Mastery Series is going further, building real scheduling analysis skills through eight structured courses, gated assessments at every stage, and a capstone assignment using actual project data.

Every course requires an 80% passing score before learners can advance. This is not self-paced content you can just click through in an afternoon. It is a professional development program created with leading industry expertise that builds skill progressively, from CPM fundamentals through schedule forensics.

Tier 1: Scheduling Fundamentals

These three foundational modules are included with every SmartPM account, and also serve as required prework for our in-person scheduling bootcamps. They each take anywhere from 30-60 minutes to complete and are your key to unlocking the power of your construction schedules.

Tier 2: Advanced Analytics
