2-Day CPM Schedule Bootcamp Rubric
SmartPM will explain the fundamental concepts of CPM Scheduling, how it works, and most importantly, why it works. This course is about obtaining “buy-in” regarding the CPM Scheduling Process.
Participants will be taught the necessary steps to create a high-quality schedule that is worthy of managing a construction project to success.
Attendees will learn the basic functionality of P6 and MS Project while explaining only the concepts that matter to achieving success. At the end of this class, participants will create their own high-quality CPM schedule using P6 and/or MS Project.
This section will walk participants through a strong schedule updating process focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and accountability. They will also practice in P6 and/or MS Project in a controlled environment.
Participants will learn how to leverage schedule data to identify risks, document delays and predict outcomes – and then they will learn how to use SmartPM to assist.
