SmartPM Technologies is an Atlanta-based construction schedule analytics SaaS software company transforming how construction teams manage and analyze project schedules. As we scale, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Product to lead our organization and drive the next phase of growth.

The VP of Product will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution across SmartPM’s platform. This leader will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing product team, aligning product initiatives with company objectives, and ensuring we deliver meaningful value to our customers and the market.

This position will report to the CTO and will serve as a key member of the leadership team, helping shape overall company strategy. This position will be located in Atlanta, GA.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and drive the product vision and long-term strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Own and evolve the company-wide product roadmap, prioritizing investments across all product areas
• Build, lead, and mentor the product organization, including UX/UI Design, Compliance, etc.
• Establish and scale product management processes, frameworks, and best practices
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure strong cross-functional alignment and execution
• Act as the voice of the customer and market, leveraging insights to inform strategy and innovation
• Lead go-to-market strategy in partnership with Sales and Marketing, including positioning, packaging, and pricing
• Drive data-informed decision-making, defining and tracking KPIs that measure product success and business impact
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas
• Represent the product organization with customers, prospects, and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with progressive leadership responsibility
• Experience as a technical product manager
• Proven experience leading and scaling product teams in a SaaS environment
• Strong track record of defining product strategy and delivering successful products at scale
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, GTM, and executive teams
• Demonstrated ability to translate company vision into actionable product plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Experience operating in high-growth or startup environments
• Willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work before building out a team

• Familiarity with schedule analytics or project controls
• Prior experience as a Head of Product or VP-level leader in an early-to-mis stage SaaS company
