We’re seeking a dynamic Training Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. This role is critical to scaling SmartPM’s training programs, including customer bootcamps, internal enablement, and live events. You’ll be the face of our training delivery, empowering customers and employees to get the most value from SmartPM’s solutions. What You’ll Do
- Lead Customer Bootcamps: Deliver high-quality, engaging live training sessions (virtual and onsite) for customers adopting SmartPM and learning the basics of CPM scheduling.
- Support Revenue Growth: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scale bootcamp offerings as upsell opportunities and value-add services.
- Facilitate Internal Training: Deliver quarterly All Hands training segments, monthly sales curriculum sessions, and other internal programs.
- Event Facilitation: Act as lead facilitator for major events and workshops.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather participant feedback and collaborate with L&D team to continuously improve training delivery and materials.
- Travel: Represent SmartPM as needed at customer locations, industry events, and internal company gatherings (up to 50% travel).
What We’re Looking For
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or related field; 3–5 years of facilitation/training experience in a SaaS, technology, or construction-related environment.
- Facilitation: Strong skills with proven ability to engage diverse audiences in person and virtually.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable delivering SaaS platform training; able to quickly learn and translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction technology (ConTech), project scheduling, or related fields is highly valued. Candidates with direct exposure to CPM scheduling or construction project workflows will have a significant advantage. Candidates without this background will still be considered if they demonstrate the ability and motivation to rapidly upskill in these areas.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while juggling multiple priorities.
- Preferred: Experience with virtual facilitation platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), sales enablement training, or a construction/engineering background.
