We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of our revenue infrastructure. This role will focus on optimizing and managing our HubSpot CRM to support sales and marketing operations while ensuring accurate and compliant revenue recognition through Maxio. The ideal candidate will be experienced in HubSpot workflows, pipeline management, and data hygiene, as well as knowledgeable in revenue recognition best practices, particularly using Maxio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—sales, finance, marketing, and customer success—to drive operational efficiency, enhance reporting accuracy, and support scalable growth. This is a critical role for aligning systems, processes, and data to enable informed decision-making and ensure revenue integrity.

What you’ll do:

HubSpot CRM Management

  • Support the sales team in their daily HubSpot use
  • Maintain HubSpot data accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce best practices for data entry

Account Mapping

  • Create and maintain organizational charts for client accounts, showing relevant contacts and associated ITC contacts, including reporting structures
  • Audit HubSpot data input across ITC departments to ensure accurate mapping and alignment
  • Properly close deals and update account information in HubSpot to reflect the current sales status 

Revenue Recognition 

  • Manage SaaS deal reconciliation and revenue recognition reporting in Maxio.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow between Hubspot and Maxio
  • Research and analyze complex revenue recognition issues and prepare financial analyses and memos to support business decisions.
  • Review customer contracts for revenue recognition, establishing and maintaining billing schedules, deferred revenue, and unbilled receivables in accordance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
  • Work with cross functional teams (billing, technical accounting, reporting, sales, legal, product), to maintain an understanding of the company products and programs (new and existing) and their impact on revenue the application of ASC 606
  • Act as the systems expert and point of contact for integrations between HubSpot, Maxio, and other business tools (e.g., billing, support platforms).

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, goal vs actual and presentations to communicate findings to the sales team

Process Optimization

  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline and optimize sales processes, workflows, and automation within HubSpot
  • Assist in the optimization of the full revenue lifecycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to customer success and renewals. Continuously identify and implement processes.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies to improve sales productivity and revenue generation
  • Implement automation strategies to enhance the efficiency of sales operations

Revenue Enablement

  • Ensure alignment across all revenue-generating teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance) to drive predictable and scalable growth.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment on key revenue metrics, goals, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales enablement teams to provide sales team tools, resources, and training
  • Support new sales team member onboarding by providing HubSpot CRM usage and functionality training

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience assisting revenue operations or similar role, with a focus on HubSpot CRM
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM functionalities, data management, and reporting capabilities
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and subscription billing practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis tools, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience using Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics) or similar revenue recognition software. Quickbook experience is a plus. 
  • Proficient in creating and interpreting dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across functions
  • Strategic thinking, ability to implement tools and processes, and proven track record of leading change management
  • Self-starter, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
