Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a construction technology background to own the customer experience end-to-end. You will partner with executives and key stakeholders to ensure SmartPM drives tangible business outcomes. This role requires someone who can influence adoption, communicate value at the executive level, and proactively align SmartPM solutions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted, executive-level relationships to influence adoption and strategic use of SmartPM.
- Partner with customers to align SmartPM with business goals, operational processes, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct executive business reviews to highlight ROI, value delivered, and opportunities for growth.
- Identify risks and proactively address challenges to drive retention and long-term satisfaction.
- Develop and execute expansion strategies to increase adoption and integrate SmartPM across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure successful renewals and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a strategic advisor, sharing insights, best practices, and recommendations that support customer success and business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry and construction SaaS.
- Proven success as a Customer Success Manager driving adoption, retention, and growth.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives and senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who can align technology solutions with business outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of tailoring messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interest in technology, process improvement, and construction project management.
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally (<10%).
